From Wild Scooter Parts, this is the worlds first variable speed kit for Razor electric scooters. Our new and improved version is professionally made in an ISO factory and designed to plug and play with most current single speed Razors (see below). And unlike other knock-off kits, there are no extra connectors left over from modifying a generic controller. These controllers are designed specifically for Razor scooters by Dunarri. Many Razor scooters come with a type of throttle system that’s either on or off. In other words its either at full throttle or zero throttle. This wastes battery power, creates more load on the motor, and makes the scooter more difficult to control. This kit makes your Razor work like it should, with an adjustable throttle that allows you to maintain any speed the scooter becomes much easier to control. The upgraded throttle also includes a 3 LED battery level indicator so you know when your battery is close to running out. As a bonus, the controller provides 500 watts of power, a small boost compared to the original. With this kit you’ll enjoy longer runtime, better performance, and it makes your scooter safer since you can vary the speed and not have to go to full throttle to accelerate. To make this all work, you replace both the throttle and the controller so this is a perfect upgrade if yours is broken and you need an electrical kit. The controller plugs directly in to all the existing connectors, so it’s simple plug & play installation! Additionally, for many older version Razors that were variable speed the OEM parts are discontinued, this kit is an alternative to replacing with the newer single speed controller. Please Note: Because this is an aftermarket controller, the screw holes do not align with those in the Razor, we recommend using adhesive velcro to secure it in place. Included in the kit. Replacement 500W controller with connectors that match up exactly to those inside the Razor. Throttle with 3 LED battery level indicator. Easy to follow installation instructions. This kit is set up to plug directly in on the following versions of Razor scooters. MX350 / MX400 V33+. It also works with the following Razors by modifying the switch connection as outlined in the instructions. MX350 / MX400 V1-V32. Note: Model versions can be determined based on the product ID code on your Razor product. It is a barcode sticker that looks like the image to the left and is typically located on the bottom of the scooter, the steering tube, the battery charger, or on the original box it came in. The 7th and 8th numbers usually between the dashes in your product ID code are the version number of your Razor product. For example, “01” = Version 1, “09” = Version 9, “33” = Version 33, etc. WARNING: Do NOT use on the E1 series scooters. The controller is too powerful for the small motor, you will burn it up! 1-Our controller is rated at 550 watts higher volts, safe for any size motor up to 550 watts so your always ready for a bigger motor and its way more efficient.. Others use a cheap 250 watt, low volt with a 500 watt sticker. Ours kit uses a 500 watt controller custom designed by a professional engineer here at Dunarri and manufactured in an ISO9001 factory for us. His controller is manufactured in his kitchen, which is why there are all these warnings about how to hook it up. 2-They are limited to what version they can do.. We can modify to fit any version E200 or E300. Again a lie, this kit will fit any MX350 or MX400, even E200, E300, Pocket Mod, and Pocket Rocket. It was designed to fit any single speed Razor with no or minimal modification. 4-They use a cheap dummy light-low and full with a not so comphy throttle and no matching grip.
