Bridgeport 2hp Series 1 Variable Speed 2j Milling Machine Replacement Head
Up for sale is this genuine 2HP Bridgeport variable speed 2J milling machine head. This came off a low hour 1986 Bridgeport knee mill in which the customer replaced this with a 3HP aftermarket unit. This is in great condition and has the original paint. I have rebuilt the upper head with new belts and bearings and the lower end is all original. This is an R8 spindle and the quill is in great shape. All the power feed functions work as they should. The variable speed works just like it should as does the back gear. The head runs through all the speeds easily and I do not hear any abnormal noises at all. This is ready to bolt on and use. This machine is powered up and available for inspection.
