Vintage Black & Decker Rotary Cutter 7975-Used, Tested and it cut fine, even in a curved pattern. It looks like it has been used pretty hard, but I had it apart and it looks and sounds solid. I don’t know how to tell if it needs a new cutting wheel, but this one seems to work fine. The cord coating is frayed up by the black cord protector but the wire is fine.
