A new Lightweight (6,4 kg) motor in the Protruar series is now available: the Protruar 2.0 featuring a 85lbs Brushless motor. Haswing has revolutionised the popular Protruar improving on engine technology and design. The Protruar 2.0 features a newly designed motor head with a 3-stage battery indicator and a 900mm aluminium shaft. The Protruar 2.0 is equipped with a pull-out tiller, which simply clicks into the engine head. Featuring a Brushless motor the Protruar 2.0 has variable speed regulation and benefits from higher efficiency (more power less consumption), less wear and longer life than conventional brush electric motors. Thanks to innovations in engine technology and design the propeller sits directly on the motor shaft and allowing this motor to be considerably quieter and delivering improved efficiency in propulsion. The newly designed engine housing with integrated fin made of aluminium is cast set and optimized for maximum water dynamics.
